At KMછો Canine, we prepare every meal fresh with human-grade ingredients and deliver it with the same care we would serve our own animals. This policy outlines how our delivery system works to ensure consistency, hygiene, and reliability.
1.1 KMછો Canine delivers freshly prepared, human-grade, preservative-free dog meals across Ahmedabad, including Chandkheda and nearby localities. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including full address, contact number, and any special access instructions. The Company shall not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information provided by the Customer.
1.2 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from missed, delayed, or incomplete deliveries.
1.3 Delivery services are subject to availability, and the Company reserves the right to refuse service to any location or Customer at its discretion.
1.4 Delivery charges, if applicable, shall be communicated at the time of order confirmation. KMછો Canine reserves the right to revise delivery fees based on distance, urgency, or operational requirements.
1.5 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from missed, delayed, or incomplete deliveries.
2.1 Deliveries are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Orders must be placed at least twelve (12) hours in advance to ensure availability and freshness. Same-day deliveries may be accommodated at the Company’s discretion but are subject to operational feasibility. KMછો Canine reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or refuse deliveries in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to traffic, weather disruptions, supply chain issues, or force majeure events. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by external factors beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic, natural disasters, weather conditions, or acts of government authorities. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by external factors beyond its reasonable control.
3.1 All meals are perishable and must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery in accordance with the instructions provided.
3.2 KMછો Canine ensures meals are dispatched in temperature-controlled packaging. However, the Company does not guarantee temperature maintenance beyond the time of delivery.
3.3 Customers acknowledge that improper storage, delayed refrigeration, or mishandling after delivery may compromise product quality and safety. The Company shall not be liable for spoilage, contamination, or adverse effects resulting from failure to follow handling instructions.
3.4 Risk in the Products transfers to the Customer upon successful delivery at the designated address or to an authorized third party.
3.5 Customers must inspect the order at the time of delivery. Any issue relating to incorrect items or visible packaging damage must be reported within two (2) hours of delivery. Claims raised thereafter may not be entertained.
3.6 KMછો Canine does not provide veterinary advice. Customers are solely responsible for consulting a licensed veterinarian regarding dietary suitability. The Company shall not be liable for any health conditions, allergic reactions, or medical complications arising from consumption of the Products.
5.1 In cases where delivery fails due to Customer unavailability, inaccessible delivery location, incorrect address, lack of response, or refusal to accept the order, the delivery shall be deemed completed for billing purposes, and refunds may not be applicable except where required under applicable law. Requests for re-delivery may incur additional charges and are subject to operational feasibility. Deliveries left with third parties, such as receptionists, neighbors, or security personnel, shall be considered successful, and KMછો Canine shall not be responsible for loss, theft, spoilage, or tampering after handover.
6.1 For subscription orders, deliveries follow the pre-agreed schedule. Changes, pauses, or cancellations must be communicated at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled dispatch. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the delivery being processed and considered completed for billing purposes. Repeated failed deliveries, cancellations, or refusals may result in suspension or termination of service, and/or the requirement of advance payment for future orders.
7.1 Customer information, including contact and delivery details, shall be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing services. The Company shall not share customer data with third parties except as required for delivery or legal compliance. By using our services, Customers consent to the collection, storage, and use of their data in accordance with this Privacy and Delivery Policy.
8.1 KMછો Canine shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fire, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such events, the Company may reschedule deliveries or cancel orders without liability for any damage or losses.
9.1 KMછો Canine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to pet illness, loss of property, or financial loss. The maximum liability of the Company for any claim arising from delivery shall be limited to the value of the affected order. Customers accept that pet health, behavior, or outcomes related to meals are their responsibility.
10.1 KMછો Canine reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace this Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time the order is placed shall govern all deliveries. Continued use of the Company’s delivery services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
